I am curious if he wrote this song with any intention of bringing in his own concept of his spirituality or even God. He sings of words that will live on as well as he sings about waiting to hear words that never come. Could that be the voice of God he waits to hear.
Just a personal favorite of mine and those would be the words I would speak to someone who might be struggling with in their beliefs. I don't know just a question I have.
