To me this song is about being helplessly in love with someone ("You got me in your open hand") who’s foreign to love or still in the dark about it (“you're always in the dark” & “give me what you don’t know”).
It’s like the writer is begging the person they love to notice them and love them back with the repetition of the chorus (“Think of me”) and the line “Her deilwng that you never found”. Deilwng is Welsh for the word “worthy”. So she’s saying that she felt the guy she liked never found her worthy of her love, never tried to pursue her in that way.
It also seems like the narrator knows that the one they love will eventually return their feelings ("You know it's gonna come out").
