Again, love this song, but I haven't interpreted it as much as some of the others. I think the song is about drug addiction. Saying "the way we'd roll" is a nod at tripping on MDMA/molly/whatever you wanna call it. Saying "I've got some cigarettes, Ive got some stuff to try" meaning they wanna smoke and get high again. While drugs are fun, if you get too hooked on something, it can (and will) destroy your life, hence acknowledging that they don't wanna see their drugs disappear after a long night of being high as a kite or stop using, but they're "putting a hole in our hears with a poison arrow." They love their drugs, but it's making their body really unhappy. They also acknowledge that what they're doing can "make our mommas cry," and that using hard drugs (like heroin/meth/coke/etc.) is like playing Russian Roulette, and every time they use - especially if they use too much - they're putting their life at a huge risk. They "try to get up," meaning try and get sober, but they "just keep sticking around" because of the "very good bad thing" they found (the drugs). Although they acknowledge that the drugs are horrible and have been really damaging, they don't explicitly state "I'm clean, sober, and am never gonna get high again!" leading me to believe that they don't actually care what happens to them, just as long as they keep getting high.
