I believe that Ryan also talked about this song. Said something like it's a song about self-destruction & self-hatred. When I first heard it, I thought it was someone singing about a person they knew who faked their entire personality. They led them on, acting friendly, convincing them that they're a really good person. In reality, however, they're the very definition of evil. There are implications of sexual abusing/possibly raping young girls. When the person finds out that they've been doing this, they become overwhelmed with rage, and either fantasize about the violence they could cause or actually act upon it.
I see how this could be internalized, though. Maybe the person themselves is fucked up, or has fucked something up, and they knew people understood what they did, but didn't say or do anything, and it infuriated them.
The beauty with MM is that you can interpret their songs in so many ways. I love it when songs are completely up to interpretation, and the band keeps quiet about the actual meaning because they love to read what their fans have to say.
