Yeah this song is pretty jarring. Judging from some context clues (May bring flowers, trap door is open, window, curtain, silver bracelets adorn my wrists, kisses from sugared lips) I think this about a girl or woman who was captured and forced into sex slavery. If you didn't know, a lot of big time human trafficking groups take girls from raves and homes and pull them into a room with a trap door (literally) and then BOOM, gone from the world. I sincerely hope the writer of this song didn't have to go through this. But if she did, I'm grateful that she lived to sing about it.

@funk115366 I think your interpretation is not far from the truth... Tina Root, the vocalist of this band, frequently dressed like a dominatrix or a gothic lolita doll, both girls in fact were quite fond of pink/blue hair and doll imagery... All of this hinting at sadomasochistic relationship both possibly were involved in at some point during their lives.
