i just think it's about this girl that is afraid to show how she feels, so she puts up a facade for everyone. the singer realizes that she does want love, but she acts like she doesn't care if she gets dumped or something. she tries to act tough and carefree, but deep down she just wants to "jump out a window" figuratively because of all the emotions she holds down and doesn't let anyone see
