That's almost accurate. It's not Joe Perry. It's Brad Whitford, as Joe and Brad were not in the band when this song was recorded. Jimmy Crespo replaced Perry, and Rick Dufay replaced Whitford, but Brad "Guested" on this track to do that rhythm.
