Isn't there a more obvious "false savior" in not-so-ancient german history, whose word (book) and portrait were printed and distributed all over the land, who sent all the people into a war without victory, and who is now dead (so his grave can be pissed on)? So I'd read "halelujah, falscher Heiland" as an ironical "Heil Hitler": "Heil Hitler, we piss on your grave and have a good time".
