For what I see, for all of you every Deftones song is about Chi...
I know Chi was a great person, but Deftones have a lot more to express than just the pass of a loved person. They got some songs about the loving memory of Chi, and officially they released in 2013 'Smile', which Chino explained that is totally about Chi, but not every damn song.
