This to me is about the numbing down after a succession of relationships where the singer always finds himself in control but unchallenged.

"Don't know when I will leave you again" -- The 'you' is whichever woman he is with now. He knows that whatever they are doing together will not remain. The singer seems disinterested. It doesn't matter much.

"Grab a reason And I'm dragging you down" -- He finds a reason to drag her down, something he is aware he always does. The reason is pretty much unimportant. Any reason will do.

"Come just to make you happy" -- He is in a dominating position over her. It's her trying to make him happy by giving herself sexually to him; a subjugation she is familiar with. In this sense, him 'coming' is what keeps her satisfied, because it keeps the status quo. He doesn't care.

"Shot in the head I can see" -- He has total control over her and she is being ruined by the experience. This also doubles as a sexual slur and suggests that their relationship is now merely carnal, sexual, ...

"I can see it But I can't feel it" -- ... but unsatisfactory.

The verses repeat to show he's moved on to the next woman, and the next relationship, the pattern unchanged.
