at the first stanza i think that people see her as a stereotypical emo, with the dying of hair and cutting of skin, but she's not actually like that making her feel like others see what she isnt.

and then the chorus where she feels unloved and invisible, she puts a facade of being happy when she's actually sad, but she does it so no one would worry, high chances of being emotionally neglected.

so continuing from there, the person then acts as the happy cheerful type and doesnt tell anyone of her sadness or pain, making people expect her to be always cheerful, in turn no matter how hard she tries she can't express herself that much because of the people's expectations.

then the bridge, so she felt like no one knows her, so she'd be alone most of the time, she pretends or daydreams that she has everything she can wish for, friends that understand, or people who care about her. but in the end it's just a dream. 'almost' believable, keyword almost.
