To me, this song is about a person who engages in a lot of one-night stands. They are using them as a distraction from some sort of pain (possibly a romantic pain, but the lyrics aren't completely clear).
Essentially, the protagonist gets drunk ("Order up another drink"... "My eyes are blurred...My sights are limited") and picks up random sexual partners, but is clearly not interested in knowing them in any "deep" way.
