Pretty When You Cry

I think she's saying he let's her down because he likes to hurt her, and she's calling him out on it.

Since she's "pretty when she cries" he doesn't mind hurting her. Maybe he even gets off on it.

Or maybe he associates ugliness with suffering and doesn't realize he's really hurting her because she remains beautiful when she cries
