Alpha and Omega are mostly known as biblical terms relating to the Trinity or God. God being the first and the last, the beginning and the end , the alpha and the omega. Alpha and omega are the first and last letters of the Greek alphabet. It's like saying in English "we have everything, from A to Z."

An Eschaton is an "age" or a "time". In Biblical theology there is the study of Eschatology or "end-times". This is the study of the return of the Christ, the rise of the Antichrist, Armageddon, the book of Revelation (where the Alpha and Omega are mentioned by the way) and so on.

Here is a quote from Wikipedia: "The eschaton is a time period described in eschatological writings and doomsday scenarios."

One line of the song says "So imminentised by Eschaton". Biblical scholars speak of the imminent return of Christ, which means it could happen at any moment. Whether this is referring to that or to the end of one's own life I'm not sure.

The idea of the Christian as a pilgrim is also found in the Biblical record of 1st Peter for example.

"Oh that which thou art" The language here is reminiscent of the most famous and well known Bible in English The King James Version of 1611 ad.

The says at one point "In the name of Adam Kadmon you move on". Wikipedia explains that "Adam Kadmon is a phrase in the religious writings of Kabbalah meaning "original man"." Kaballah is a Jewish form of mysticism made popular by Madonna.

After that it says "Unto Ragnarock". Again Wikipedia illuminates "In Norse mythology, Ragnarök is a series of future events, including a great battle foretold to ultimately result in the death of a number of major figures (including the gods Odin, Thor, Týr, Freyr, Heimdallr, and Loki), the occurrence of various natural disasters, and the subsequent submersion of the world in water. Afterward, the world will resurface anew and fertile, the surviving and returning gods will meet, and the world will be repopulated by two human survivors. Ragnarök is an important event in the Norse canon, and has been the subject of scholarly discourse and theory." This ties in the Biblical idea of the "Last Days" or the "Eschaton".

And once more Wikipedia shows us the light in regard to "Nemeton": "A nemeton was a sacred space of ancient Celtic religion."

As the other commentator mentioned (and I take their word for it), it contains elements from Tibetan book of the Dead. The song writer has obviously been influenced by a number of sources including but not limited to Buddhism Judaism, Paganism and Christianity.

This song then is promoting Western New Age religion, which emphasizes the idea of the god within, the unity of all religions and pagan practices and rituals among other things.
