I feel after watching the video for this song that it's about a relationship that's potentially either breaking down or Tay finding out maybe her lover has cheated or something.
Evidently I don't know the true meaning but my interpretation that it would be about the breakdown of a relationship and her finding out that hes cheated with it saying "now it's right back here to haunt you"
maybe she didn't find out until a while after the cheating finished but then Tay found out and she's saying that its back to haunt him
