Most of the music from Goldfrapp creates this sexual and obscure athmosphere which is a turn on for a good 99% of women (men too, but for women the effect is stronger I'd say). Tiptoe and tears and blah blah could be interpreted as a BDSM subplot, or just... ehm... sex. The good-kind-of or not, depending on your tastes, but please don't spot out sexual abuse because that's way too easy. That "tiptoe over me" sounds like a lustful and heartfelt invitation. And hard to reject.
