It's obviously a song where the girl misses her man. She gotta stay high all the time, to forget him. She doesn't just stay high on drugs, but also on people, she uses other guys and girls to forget about her love. So she also "stays high" by kissing people and partying and uses it as a drug. (besides the real drugs) That's my opinion! Great song by the way :)
