"Eyes lose their fire / Stage set in red / All of this time / Lost in a mask"
She's dying. The life is fading from her eyes. The "stage set in red" likely means that she's bleeding, and as a result the area around her is bloody. The mask could be metaphorical, but I was thinking more along the lines of a ventilator.
"Life support falling"
Self-explanatory, though I wonder if it's not failing instead of falling or if it's just stylistic.
"They all wait / Crowds have been forming / Noise spell binding out of control"
This is someone important, and crowds are forming outside as people hope that she'll live. If not, perhaps its only friends and family members that seem more like a crowd with the pressure of apprehension? They're spellbound and can't move away.
"Green lights fly / Cats' eyes so blinding"
The heart monitor. Not entirely sure on the cats' eyes, but perhaps to give the imagery of green eyes on a black background?
"Hearts taken behind sheets of glass"
She's not getting any better, perhaps she's even dead by now. They're heartbroken behind the window(s) into the room.
"She sits, still / Hands out the window"
Not entirely sure...
I have a very literal interpretation, but it seems to me that a lot of Kyte songs are literal.
It sounds to me like someone dying in a hospital.
