God this song is so catchy, but like more and more music that I hear anymore, I get the impression it was written by committee. My son made me laugh with a comment he made the other day. He observed with a snort that what we were listening to was nothing but "like, the most generic lines ever" strung together to make a song, and not even particularly coherent at that. But it had the popular catchwords of the moment.
