Here's a thought:
In the video, the woman is seen watching a video tape of herself kissing the camera lens, which i suspect is being held by her now ex. This could mean, as opposed to her being in love with someone new after her ex, that she is in fact still in love with her ex and he wants her to move on as he has. As in, "our love is over, darling, snap out of it".
