I think it's pretty straight forward.. Your heart is bleeding and you're so heart broken and torn you prefer to hurt your body to numb the real pain inside your heart and soul. Perhaps the only thing that's open for interpretation is the way you hurt yourself. Self inflicted? Starting random fights with people? Drug and alcohol abuse? anything goes I guess. Love is a bitch.
