I know this (awesome) band is a lot about god and such but this song somehow looks like it's about a broken heart and misery that follows. The first sentence is amazing IMP - "I use to see a million colors and now the only one I see is used" - He used to be able to go out with a lot of women and wasn't emotionally attached to anyone but now he has fallen in love with a women who is already taken. (therefore the only color he sees now is used). The rest of the song describes his sufferings (sleepless,heartaches and so on)
