I always thought "just to be close" was "mystical". And also I thought I could hear " my feet in the sand" instead of "hands in the sand."
"Come away" sounds like "Come my way" to me at least.

And I think the last (?) is,
"And I'm assuming that, (they are, they're)"
But I couldn't have heard all of these things if it wasn't for the lyrics posted before me. So thank you. Haha I remember looking up the lyrics on this site a year ago and it was all (?) Good to see how far it's come.
