Reading the lyrics, it seems to me like this song is about an evil person that visits her every night ("your nightly visitor") to have sex with her. This person isn't really a person, more like a demon or something ("please come to me with your cold flesh, my cold love; hissing, not kissing"), and it has killed people.
Of course it's probably not about a demon visiting a woman. It also sounds like she's being kept somewhere, with other women, and this dude just comes in and visits them every night. except why would she "not mind" then, if she's being held hostage with other people?
I guess I'm not sure how I interpret this song, but those are the two ideas that I get.
