Basically I think it's about struggling to work together to find hope identity.
"The sickness seeps through all of us", "heaven is far", and "this is hell". But "I'm strong I will survive", "I know there's better days", and there are "places where we all can be free". Inspirational song and very easy to relate to, at least for me.
