Well, with this song being on the TFIOS soundtrack and all, I interpret it between Hazel and Augustus.

In this lyric it's saying how Augustus showed a side of Hazel that she hasn't seen. Her mother in the book even said so. Hazel never wanted to be a girly-girl who obsesses with how she looks and what-not but with Augustus, she can be this girl and she is.

Take my body"
Hazel admitts in the beginning of TFIOS that her best friends were her parents and Peter Van Houten, so she doesn't have that many people in her life. But she has Augustus so when he SPOILER passes away, Hazel is devastated. She doesn't understand why he had to go. He used to be cancer-free, but as they know too well, the world is not a wish-granting factory. Her mind is already consumed by Augustus, he's a part of her, and it's her body that is not physically with him. Her mind and soul are.

This is like Hazel saying the she does want, she needs someone like Augustus in her life. Now that he filled the void in her and left, she needs someone else to refill that void. She knows that no one can ever be her Augustus again but she needs someone in her life so she can be herself like she was with Augustus.

Hazel feels that Augustus was aken from his life too early. When he was at his end, he was never himself. So she probably feels that her and Gus didn't have a proper goodbye then, (which is probably one reason for the eulogy scene) and she wants to know that he is ok and that he can still be himself and then she can be happy. Sure, oblivion is inevitable, but it deosn't matter how widely you were loved. It mattered how deeply.

It was Augustus who comforted Hazel but now he's gone and Hazel is left with no one who saw her other side. She feels alone now and all she can do is grieve.
