I discovered this guy today and wanted to know a bit about him. He comes from Dalarna in Sweden, and so does his wife. After seing them perform this song together, I think it's quite obvious it's about them. Especially this part:
"And we live so close that we probably seen

They solumnly scream"
Seems like he's singing about his love for the place he comes from and that she comes from the same wonderful place.
