Since they are a Christian band, signed to a Christian record label, I think this is a song sang about God:

"If all the world's a stage, then it's not mine,/ 'Cause no eye ever stays on you for long./ Yeah, you're gonna be dethroned,/ You're gonna shed your pride./ Overgrown."

If I know ACB correctly, they really like to bash on humans, in that they acknowledge that we are very selfish, we have big heads, etc. Certain songs include, for example, Made Too Pretty, Into The Sea, '84 Sheepdog, Empire, New Sun, Our World Is Grey, and the list goes on.

I think he's saying, though I'm not so sure about the first verse, that we say we are Christians, though we don't always live through with it, and we don't follow the Bible like we say we do.

Certain examples: You are just in time to move aside... you're gonna be dethroned, you're gonna shed your pride, overgrown. If all the world's a stage then it's not mine, 'cause no eye ever stays on you for long. There's a kid on the cover, and I know that he doesn't believe in the misery that he sings. Yeah, it's just what he thinks he needs.
