My interpretation is that the speaker is talking to someone they love, (A dear friend? A girlfriend/boyfriend?) telling them they want to spend not only their life with them, but eternity, even when they're both dead. When they say "Now it's all before you," I think they want the person in question to choose weather or not to spend eternity with them.
