This song should have opened Razorblade Suitcase. It would have been a perfect tone setter as opposed to Personal Holloway. It ended up a B-Side to Greedy Fly but it is Bush's catchiest song. The song makes no sense. There are no official lyrics to it. I don't think they intended it to mean anything or they half assed recorded it and it ended up being a really cool tune. In fact I would disagree with half the lyrics posted here. I thought it was "Doctor ain't it good to live?!"
