I think this song is about Justin. I mean, isn't it so perceptible? She did say that she hasn't seen Justin in over 10 years in an interview with Mario Lopez. So she says, "It's a long way home" (They broke up in 2002). "Remembering, I forever will." Also, in her song "Everytime", (everyone knows that's about JT), she says, "I see you in my dreams". And here she says, "He comes to me in my dreams" etc. They still obviously have so many feelings for each other. I mean, why else wouldn't they see each other in over 10 years and avoid each other, at award shows when they're in contact with their other ex's. The only way they can communicate now is through their music. But they need to stop this and just meet up,like for example what if one of them dies, the other will def regret not meeting up. It's so sad.
