This song reminds me of better days, this is the album and song that made me want to form a band, and we did later on, As They Fall, we only got a couple of vinyl ep's in the early 2000's but whatever this is about a way better band. Old school melodic hardcore punk at its finest and the content of the lyrics, I can feel Jason's pain up to this day, even at 31, my life has been messed up with a skate(ironic) accident that has had me on the opiate painkiller rollercoaster aggravated when the very few girls I loved in my life broke up with me "how can I live, when you won't let me in..."
I want this song to play at my funeral. Pennywise from 1991 to 1997 = some of the best music ever, straight ahead is very meh, lacks the usual anger from Pennywise, Land Of The Free is awesome up to My God, so a great half album that should have been an EP, From The Ashes, maybe 2-3 songs worth my time, The Fuse was okay, not anything terrible on it, yet nothing extraordinary, Reason To Believe, horrible production!!!! what the fuck was that, some good songs in there but they're ruined by this shit production. Now I love Ignite but he shouldn't have sang on a Pennywise album.
Jason was Pennywise's soul, like Jeff Hanneman was to Slayer. I'm hoping whatever they got cooking now with Jason back in the band, if its their last album, they better listen to Full Circle and previous albums, they managed to rape ass without Jason on Full Circle, although I imagine some of the material on it was written by him.
