Okay, so it's about a simple and pure love. Simple because if you listen to it, it seems that everything is lighter compared to a more complex love which usually expresses sadness in parting; and pure because it is simply unadulterated. They're young but mature enough to know what they have is love.
Nick has said the lines pretty clear. My favorite part was when he said "and I believe just anything you say. If you would tell me to get lost I'd ask how far away." That is way too cute. He doesn't mind being far apart because he knows what they have is invincible. He doesn't worry about anything that would happen in the future because no matter what it is, they are invincible.
