The song overall seems to be about trying to unite Atheists against Theists/Polytheists.

In this stanza he is arguing against "god", basically saying he doesn't exist. He says that god is Angry and Violent because (in Christianity, for example) this "God" claims to love all of his creations... yet Christians believe that all who don't approve of god (and all that other Christian bullshit) are damned to hell for eternity. And let's not forget there have been plenty of Religious Wars (i.e. the Crusades) where one Religion tried to completely wipe out another for there different or lack of belief because it's different from theirs.

Now I just want to take a second to the reader, so I don't sound like a complete asshole. Yes, I am Atheist, but I can respect Theism/Polytheism and people who say that's what they believe or their way of life or whatever. I mean, you want to waste your life praying to nothing, fine, be my guest. Except for extremists, or groups like Westboro Baptist, fuck those cunts. I may be against Organized Religion, for many reasons, but Organized Religion is just one thing that no matter how many people hate it, it's going to happen anyway; like Warfare, War will always happen as long as humans are around, no matter how many protests or whatevers to prevent Wars happen, Wars will still happen.

And I agree this is really sad. But those were man made religions. It is not God's church. God's church would never go and fight against others' religions.... God's people would never do that. For that reason that there is order in God's church. It's sad that we blame God. I don't believe that God rejects his children. This is a false preaching. God's arms are always stretched, it's us who pushes him away. I don't believe in this hatred and fights and wars. We fight for what is right, but not as fighting violently. We fight in never giving up, we fight in refusing to hate others who despise us. We continue to love, forgive and invite people to come unto Christ whenever they are ready.
God's church pray for those who are lost. They do not feel threatened but rather worry for all God's children because their love is stretched to eternity. Nothing will break that love.
