Insert and I are on the same page. I personally interpreted it to be Satan talking to Jesus. How he was made to fly (he is an angel) and how Jesus was made to die (his purpose was to die for man's sins) and how he is arrogantly trying to shove it in Jesus's face that he is better than him, and that he is coming to start his war in heaven against all good.
