It's told from two points of view; the first is of the ghost of a woman drowned in the lake by her father and the other is detailing the father's reasons for murdering his daughter which seem to be that the spirits of the cursed forest (also the main setting of the songs "These Woods Breathe Evil" and "Plague of Butterflies") wanted to posses her soul.
