I think the song is about a man who is unconditionally in love with a woman he thinks of so dearly and to his she is his 'Queen of Sheeba'.
This man does everything in his power to win over her affection. He tells her he will be there for her when shes down and that 'nothing is too wonderful for someone so wonderful' implying that there is nothing she can desire that he would deny her of.
This woman simply states that she is better than all of that superfical crap, cannot be bought and that she will only settle for love (the emotion she obviously doesnt feel for him).
