This song is crazy. I really have no idea but to guess I would say conflicting internal battle with oneself and "human nature ". Meaning, what we should do, but do not. Needing to be rebellious and fighting/killing the morality part of oneself. "Point a gun at the mirror". And ultimately need both parts to be whole "you are my bitter rival, but I need you for survival".
Or simply realizing you need a significant other even though you are not good for each other... Either way I dig it this song bangs.
