This song, beginning with the title "Sorry, Not Sorry" is obviously supposed to be in ways sarcastic. Another song about a youthful relationship, (again with possible first love?) that persisted, and there's a lot of conflict.
However; the speaker is getting tired of being pushed around ("And I lay down my coat so you can walk all over it
