Okay, so this is a bit of a stretch I suppose... but I've had an experience like this so yeah...
My interpretation was that this was about a guy who thinks he's super smooth, one of those that thinks "pshh... I'm the cure for lesbianism"
It seems like the guy is trying to brainwash her, saying that everyone will judge her if they find out who she really is, who she really loves... Kind of like "oh come here... lets take the lesbian right out of you"
