The second part is her telling him that their love has run dry, but she'd like another try. She's trying to get back what they had, but never fully showed one another. She ends by telling him that she won't be convinced unless he finally opens up.
@midorka i agree about the meaning, actually this song kind of defines a relationship i am in right now. he never even talks to me about anything, like whatever your thinking subtract from that. i don't try to talk to him about anything because i feel like ill scare him off since he is so laid back and doesn't seem to worry about much at all but i still want to be with him and its all just very hard and confusing.
