My interpretation of this song is about a loved one dying or leaving for a long time.
In the dying sense, it could be used that you will see them again once your time comes, or maybe they will be spiritually present with you again.
I can relate to it because this song was playing when my bestfriend said we wouldn't get to see eachother for a long time.
