I think this song is about her experimenting with women, and the sexual identity she has created with another woman (or women). Society always puts constraints into lesbian sex, as to who is the guy, and who is the girl. I think by saying she wants to be your G.U.Y. (girl under you) she is playing with the idea of being the submissive one (girl), but still being dominant enough (she's strong enough to know the truth) to be a "guy".
That has been my take on the song since the first time I heard it, and based off Venus, and other songs on this album, I'd say the interpretation is at least somewhat close to her intention. It's definitely a sexual song, no doubt about that! Also one of my favorites on the album.
