I read an interview with the drummer chris and he said that Nic would say the music was the problem and that everyone wanted to work through the personal issues they had except for Nic. he also mentions they were arguing and yelling at an airport one time which could be the "last one shouting" thing. just sounds like it's a song about him wanting to leave the band.
