Idk if anyone else would see this but growing up I was a pretty strong Christian.. A part of the philosophy is what many would label a borderline (if not completely) obsessive god that knows all you do and "watches over you", that's so ready to meet you and all this stuff. The only part that would ruin my theory would be the fact that he specifically says "girl" but the rest of it could be seen from the viewpoint of this kind of god. Obsessive and so caught up with all you do.. Pretty far fetched but my two cents.
