This seems to be simply a song of reminiscence. The old partying days, with "donkey punch" probably being a reference to intravenous drug use of some kind. Drug users often make an affectionately covert name for their drug use (we used to call it heroin "Quagmire"). Guessing they were doing heroin with perhaps a splash of crystal meth. A lot of Aenima by Tool seems to me to be alluding to opiate addiction and that was written when it was most likely actually taking place as opposed to this song's retrospectiveness.
