If you are willing to settle for disconnected friendship, then stay silent. If you want a real friend then ask what's going on. If you want a relationship then speak up and tell her how you feel. You run the risk of losing her if she isn't into you, but you could also stay friends. That happened to me - a guy I thought was my best friend professed his love but I didn't feel that way. We still get along. Also, as a very quiet person who has few friends, your first sentence is what worries me and I feel is something you need to work on - "I only have one friend" If you could meet new people through your interests, whatever they are, you would be less dependent on one person.
