The influence: I'm not sure for sure what this is but it is the cause. Most likely something that happened to her influenced her and in a sense pulled the trigger.

I think this is the most confusing part of the song. I understand the part where she is in a coffin because if she continues to hurt people she will in a sense be dead. I guess she is in a coma because she is hardly living as a result of having no friends because of the way she treats people.

He's seen this problem before and he tells her that she's still wrong in her actions and that if it continues he will leave.
