Conscience: Is the inner thought of what is right and wrong in ones conducts or motives.
This meaning, he doesn't have a conscience so his every motive is potentially wrong, and could cause harm, of course through this song he was going through his drug, Alcohol problems. He's saying he wants the girl to find someone better than him, someone who know's what they're doing.
"Forget my name, forget my face."
"Get the fuck away from me"
Are all examples that he wants her as far away as possible so she doesn't have to see what he really is.
