"Cry Me Out" could have been a truly great track, but sadly the auto-tuned vocal butchers it. Big, emotive numbers really suffer when the vocal is done by a female RoboCop.
I don't blame Lott for that, since she's a fairly capable singer. More to do with the producers who perpetuate the "human-isn't-good-enough" pop culture ideology of the 21st century. Ugh.
